The co-founders of Sproutel explain the genesis of their company's educational healthcare toy, a stuffed bear named Jerry, who helps kids better understand how to live with type 1 diabetes. Behind the final version of Jerry was a long road of trial and error, continuous testing, relationship building, and looking at both the intricacies of production and at the larger picture. As the Sproutel co-founders explain, it was learning from this growth process that made for the most successful final product.
