The Electronic Learning Celestial City prototype is is a virtual and real-life ecosystem that leverages people and resources increase students' basic skills. The ecosystem includes assessment devices, gaming, data sharing, and camouflaged assessment that triggers mentors for student support. It is a high-touch enabled by currently available technology.
