Missy Sherburne joined DonorsChoose.org in 2003 as the organization’s third employee and currently serves as Chief Partnerships Officer. She leads the organization’s partnerships and business development team, responsible for building corporate and foundation partnerships, driving $38M of annual revenue. Since Missy joined DonorsChoose.org, the organization has expanded to 72 employees and increased annual revenue from partnerships over 450 percent. She started her career as a Teach For America corps member in Baltimore, teaching the third and fourth grades.
